At Bob's we take great pride in providing high-quality freeze-dried treats, snacks, and meals. Because food products cannot be resold once they leave our care, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of edible products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items, including:
-Freeze-dried and dehydrated treats and chews
-Single-ingredient snacks
-Pet treats or human-grade products
This policy protects the health and safety of all our customers
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
When reaching out, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit, depending on the situation.
Quality Concerns
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason related to quality, please contact us. We handle these concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer:

- A replacement
- Product support or guidance
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are prepared or shipped. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
